Dynamic Balancing -- High performance couplings
balanced on Schenck hard bearing machines by trained operators to low
residual tolerances comply with API, ISO or customer's engineering
standards.
Component Balance -- Vertical axis balancer
equipped with a magnetic table and Schenck electronics provides an
excellent method to balance individual coupling
components.
Taper Bores -- Precision plug gages are used to
ensure that each bore meets exacting specifications for blue contact and
taper.
Keyseating -- Special machines and tooling produce
precision single and multiple keyseats parallel to bore axis or
taper.
Fasteners -- Complete sets of weigh-balanced
Fasteners for many sizes and styles of couplings are inventoried and prepackaged, ready for immediate
shipment.
KOP-FLEX Service Center -- The alliance between
KOP-FLEX (Formerly Koppers Couplings) and ADCO Technology extends nearly
two decades. The theme "Partners in Pride" is an outgrowth of this
association. The Houston Service Center offers quality service,
manufacturing and repairs by factory trained craftsmen to KOP-FLEX
engineering standards.
